Instructions:
- Cook the Noodles:
- Cook the noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Prepare the Chicken:
- In a large pan or wok, heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add the sliced chicken and cook until fully cooked and slightly browned. Remove the chicken from the pan and set aside.
- Stir-Fry the Vegetables:
- In the same pan, add the remaining 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil. Add the sliced onion and minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add the julienned carrot, sliced bell pepper, and shredded cabbage. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
- Combine Ingredients:
- Return the cooked chicken to the pan with the vegetables. Add the cooked noodles and toss everything together.
- Add Sauces and Seasoning:
- Pour the soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, and sesame oil over the noodles and vegetables. Season with black pepper and salt to taste. Toss everything together until well-coated and heated through.
- Serve:
- Garnish the chicken noodles with chopped green onions and sesame seeds. Serve hot and enjoy!
